How it works

A clear first conversation, then support that fits.

Getting help should not mean preparing a full case file. We start with what is happening at home, work out what would help, and agree the practical details before a visit.

The process

From first message to a workable routine.

  1. 1 Step

    Send an enquiry

Call, email, WhatsApp, or use the contact page. Tell us what is becoming harder to keep on top of and whether you are asking for yourself or someone else.

  2. 2 Step

    Have a fit check

We talk through the kind of support you need, the home, the tasks involved, and the timing you have in mind. This is the point to ask questions and check that the current service is suitable.

  3. 3 Step

    Agree tasks and timing

Before the first visit, we confirm what matters most, how often support is needed, and what will be included in the agreed visit. Anything outside that plan can be discussed separately.

  4. 4 Step

    Plan the first visit

We arrange a practical starting point for the home and make sure access, timing, and any useful context are understood before arriving.

  5. 5 Step

    Review as life changes

A routine can be adjusted when the household changes. Tell us when priorities, frequency, or the kind of help needed has shifted so the plan can be revisited.

Useful details

The questions worth asking early.

These details are part of making support feel dependable. They should be clear before a regular arrangement starts.

Keys and access
Access is agreed as part of the planning conversation. We can discuss the most practical arrangement for the household; key holding should never be assumed.
Payment and pricing
Pricing and payment arrangements are not published on this site yet. Ask for the current quote and payment details before a visit is agreed.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rearrangement terms should be clear before booking. Ask about notice periods when you enquire, especially if a regular visit is being considered.

Once support has started

The plan can be useful without being rigid.

Households change. A first visit may show that one task matters more than another, or that the timing needs to move. Ongoing conversations keep the agreed support connected to what is actually useful now.
